At 13:23 Eastern Time a service interruption was was reported by a Canada-based instructor. Testing revealed that interruption was isolated to Canadian schools only with a root cause of connectivity interruption to Canadian database. All services were restored as of 14:16. On the morning of 23 September a redundant server was placed to limit downtime in case of future similar incidents.
